Blockchain 101 Continuing Education (CE) course for Realtors approved by State of Hawaii

My blockchain 101 course for realtors' continuing education has been approved by the State of Hawaii's Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs!

This is a milestone achievement being able to combine two areas I am passionate about -- blockchain technology and real estate -- into educational material relevant for Hawaii’s realtors. Titled "Keys to Web3: Real Estate in the Age of Blockchain", I will be teaching this course twice in 2026 through the Poha School of Real Estate (once in July and the other in September). This is also the first Continuing Education (CE) course on blockchain and digital assets at the school.
