Stand With Crypto Hawaii Chapter Heads to the Big Island

Since 2025, Stand With Crypto has been gaining momentum on O'ahu island, and this year, we decided it is time to bring the crypto advocacy energy to the Big Island! This would not have been possible without the help of the Stand With Crypto Hawaii Chapter community:

• SWC Big Island representative Dagan Bernstein for helping to organize the launch event and ignite the start of a community of crypto-curious individuals, Web3 industry professionals, blockchain entrepreneurs and digital asset investors. • Alika Kane and Skylor Tengan who came to share about their blockchain project happening on the Big Island and their engagement plans for the Big Island community through their organizations, Pupukahi Tech Foundation and Blockchain In Paradise.

Thank you to all the attendees who came out to join us in Waimea, asking thoughtful questions about and expressing concerns around federal and state digital asset legislation, how it might impact Hawaii-based blockchain tech innovators and how local builders can engage in crypto advocacy.
