Continuing Education for Realtors

I participated as an instructor for a Continuing Education (CE) class for Realtors: Real Estate in the Digital Age, sharing about crypto advocacy with Stand With Crypto as well as covering the fundamentals of blockchain technology.

It was a packed room of Hawaii realtors ready to learn about blockchain and crypto, as well as engage and support local legislative efforts. With Hawaii witnessing its first on-chain real estate transaction this year and directives given to Fannie and Freddie Mac to consider crypto as part of the individual's asset pool to qualify for conventional mortgage loans, blockchain and crypto to set to make waves in the industry.
